If that does not work for you then, naturally, there is nothing wrong with working out by yourself. A lot of people prefer to do just that. The most important thing is to simply start. Take a daily walk – it doesn’t have to be long – and do some simple exercises in the privacy of your own home. Doing some stretches before you walk is a good way to start.
